Cell Power Lesotho is a leading distributor of prepaid electronic vouchers through a mix of electronic channels across all types and levels of retail outlets throughout the country. Cell Power intends to expand existing base and further introduce other technologies to improve its service offering, enhance consumer satisfaction, convenience and experience. To that end, Cell Power seeks suitable candidates to fill the following positions at its Maseru head-office.
Sales & Distribution Manager
Main Tasks
Initiate and implement effective sales and distribution policies, strategies and plans
Effectively manage and expand retail base, ensuring optimal service offering.
Responsible for launch and roll-out of new business products, including growth of and expansion of the Cell Power brand
Manage a team of sales and account managers
On periodic basis monitor retail clients sales and drive continuous sales growth
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors Degree in Marketing / Sales with at least 5 years experience in FMCG environment
Masters’ Degree in Marketing / Sales or an MBA with Marketing / Sales with at least 3 years experience in FMCG environment
Experience in sales, distribution and pricing of prepaid products (especially within a Telecoms environment) will be an advantage
Key Competencies
Ability to build and enhance relationships with new and existing clients to maximise sales and margin returns
Ability to understand, analyse and breakthrough competition
Ability to continuously monitor and analyse clients’ satisfaction, draw and implement service improvement plans
Ability to report performance using scientific tools available
Proficient in use of social media as a sales tool
