Ticket Rescue is an exciting, young startup company intent on shaking things up in the event ticketing industry. We provide a reliable and quick service where users can come to sell tickets to all live events (think: sports, concerts & theatre)! We also sell event tickets in our online shop.
We here at Ticket Rescue believe that every fan should have a chance to go to the event, and try our best to ensure that no tickets go to waste!

We’re looking for a US-based Sales & Customer Service Agent who can work flexibly part-time to full-time remotely. You are someone who won’t be satisfied with the status quo but will continuously look for new ways to delight our customers across multiple channels (Facebook messenger,
Twitter, email). Our Sales & Customer Service team handles all incoming ticket offer inquiries which require you to have out-of-this-world level friendliness & communication skills, attention to detail and a can-do attitude. You’ll have a strong desire to see our business grow, and will work closely and collaboratively with the rest of our tight-knit team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Handling inbound and outbound inquiries via Facebook messenger, Twitter & email
  • Pricing ticket inventory competitively against the resale market
  • Sending payments to customers via PayPal
  • Sharing, uploading & reviewing documents (forms, contracts, tickets)
  • Professionally & personably responding to customer reviews and comments
  • Transferring tickets on our databases (Skybox, Flashseats, etc)
  • Purchasing tickets
