We need fast thinkers who can assess customers’ insurance needs on the phone and advise them on their best options … while making insurance super easy to understand.

In short: We need really good Sales & Customer Service Reps (aka problem solvers).

What do SafeAuto Sales & Customer Service Reps do?

• Listen to customers, assess their insurance needs, and then advise them on the best coverage and protection options for them.
• Proactively identify and act on cross-sell opportunities for each customer.
• Provide accurate quotes for suitable coverages and then complete the sale of a customized plan.
• Answer customer questions regarding their current policy to ensure their concerns are heard, understood, and resolved appropriately.
• Make customer paperwork simple and easy!Provide forms and documentation to customers as it pertains to banks, lien holders, and courts.Complete all changes/endorsements requested by customers and work with other departments to process them correctly and quickly.
