Sales Coordinator

Opportunity:

Makomi is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to join our team. You will report directly to our Head of Sales (~20 years experience) and our CEO to implement, track, and improve sales processes and operations within our sales org. We are looking for someone that has experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or Sales Operations.

Responsibilities Included:

• Brainstorming and creating strategies with Senior Management for our inside and outside sales efforts
• Coordinating between sales / partners and senior management for implementation of said strategies
• Collaborating with third parties to execute on projects
• Leading efforts on tracking and reporting activities and results of sales team and partners
• Coordinating and assisting with ongoing team meetings and communication with sales and partners

Position requirements:

• 1-4 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or Sales Operations
• Must be a self-starter
• Excited to learn about AirBNB/short-term/vacation rental management and common challenges in the industry
• Familiarity with Google office products
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional attitude

Full-time, Remote Opportunity

Compensation: $15/hr, plus incentive bonuses
