To manage a portfolio of high value clients in retail banking. To build a proactive relationships through the world-class service way with loyal, distinguished and profitable clients by retaining, expanding and acquiring these clients, whilst adhering to processes and procedures to ensure compliance and reduce risk.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Certificate in Banking/diploma in Business Studies or relevant qualification with 3 to 5 years experience. BA/BCom will be an added advantage.


Technical Competence:

Computer literacy

Sales and presentation skills

Knowledge of applicable legislation and regulatory requirements

Knowledge of banking system

Good knowledge of banking products

Knowledge of branch banking operations
Behavioural Competence:

Relationship builder

Negotiation skills

Self confidence

Good business acumen
