LIBERTY LIFE LESOTHO
𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘅𝟮
To sell Liberty Life Lesotho financial solutions (products, technology, and services) and to increase sales and potential markets. To identify and attract new business and retain the existing customer base.
The role will be based in Maseru.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts or adjust existing ones.
• Pursue business opportunities and develop customer relationships for the acquisition of new business in line with identified targets
• Ensure business retention.
• Identify, approach and effectively manage leads and call plans using the current data base, referrals, and Broker relationships to ensure the delivery of new business targets
• Proactively identify new distribution channels to grow market share
• Appraise the needs and demands of businesses or individual customers and sell suitable risk, health and investment products.
• Identify and open the desired number of worksites to create opportunities for sales agents.
• Prepare periodic reports for management and other stakeholders.
• Offer support to manpower and set realistic goals to grow productivity within the first three months.
• Support all sales and marketing initiatives.
• Attain and retain franchises, medical aid schemes and affinities.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
• Diploma in Marketing/Sales/PR or related field, (Life Insurance Certificate of Proficiency (COP) will be an added advantage).

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:
• At least 4 years’ experience in the sales environment (basic selling skills and knowledge of insurance preferable).
• Valid drivers’ license with a minimum of two years.
