Job Opportunity – Sales Consultant
Purpose of the Job
To sell Liberty Life Lesotho Financial Solutions (Products, Technology, and services) and to increase sales and potential markets. To identify and attract new business and retain the existing customer base.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement effective Marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts or adjust existing ones
Pursue business opportunities and develop customer relationships for the acquisition of new business in line with identified targets
Ensure Business retention
Identify, approach and effectively manage potential lead and call plans using the current database, referrals and Broker relationships to ensure the delivery of new business targets
Proactively identify new distribution channels to grow market share
Appraise the needs and demands of of Businesses or individual customers and aell suitable risk and investment products
Identify and open desired numbers of worksites to create opportunities for sale agents
Prepare periodic reports for management and other stakeholders
Offer support to manpower and set realistic goals to grow productivity within the first 3 months
Support all sales and marketing initiatives
Attain and retain franchises and affinities
Education
Diploma in Marketing/Sales/PR or related field (Life Insurance certificate of Proficiency (COP) will be an added advantage)
Experience
At least 4 years’ experience in sales environment (Basic selling skill and knowledge of insurance preferable)
Valid Driver’s license with a minimum of 2 years

Remuneration
Annual Cost To Company (ACTC) – M120,000. 00 – M180,000. 00
