Sales Assistant
Location: Butha-Buthe
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product enquiries and purchases.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks.
- Process orders and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure products are well displayed and organised.
- Assist in stock control and inventory management.
Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous retail or sales experience will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
- Computer literacy.
