The Sales and Shop Assistant Trainee’s key role is to effectively assist customers, provide excellent service, and support management in strategically executing key functions aligned with The Kraft and Jewellery Pty Ltd’s sales and marketing goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and organise the shop
- Receive and keep track of stock
- Follow up on sales leads
- Participate and support marketing and sales activities
- Take orders from customers
- Record daily sales data and balance the records
- Stay updated on market trends
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales growth
- Participate in strategic collaborations to creatively reach more potential customers
- Assist in generating unique sales plans
- Sell at outdoor marketing events and expos
Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Must love selling and be good at it
- Highly persuasive
- Driven and committed to success
Education and Experience:
- Degree in Marketing, Creative Advertising, Economics, Business Administration or related field
- Strong decision-making and negotiation skills
