POSITION: SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER

Responsibilities:
• Sales Leadership: Drive sales growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
• Marketing Strategies: Work closely with cross-functional teams, to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing strategy is build and executed.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their lubricant needs are met and exceeded.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about Castrol Lubricants and industry trends to effectively communicate product benefits to clients.
• Team Management: Lead and inspire a sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Experience and Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the lubricants or automotive industry. 2+ years of experience as a Sales Manager to similar position.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills to guide and motivate the sales team.
• Results-Oriented: Track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Castrol Lubricants and their applications is a plus.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
• Customer Focus: Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.
• Knowledge of the Lubricants industry is a plus.
