Basic Salary: R5000 – 7000 per month, plus commission.
We are a well-established Maths Tutoring Company registered in 2015. We are in the process of expanding our national footprint via our online platform and require, competent, diligent and self-motivated marketers to present, either online or in-person, our service offering to current and forthcoming Matrics. During the course of this year, they will be taught how to achieve a distinction for mathematics and thereafter, if they choose to become a tutor, how to earn an income by using these skills to tutor others.
This is a great opportunity for the right person, not only will it afford you the opportunity to earn a substantially higher than average income, but will, in time enable you to advance to higher levels of management and income in the company. Please note you do not have to be good at maths!
Please read the following carefully to ensure you qualify before applying.
Please note that as you will be working from home and as such we will not have any control over your use of time, therefore your first month will be on a one-month trial contract. This will allow you the opportunity to prove to us that you are capable and disciplined enough to do the required work necessary to produce the desired results. Please note that there is NO basic offered in your first month. Remuneration will be strictly on a commission basis of 10% of the revenue generated.
If you are successful you will be placed on a further 3-month contract with a basic of R5000 with, based on your performance, with the option to renew your contract for a further 3 months. Thereafter you may qualify for a monthly basic salary of R7000 and be considered for permanent employment. If you hit our reasonable targets your total income would average around R15 000 to R25 000 per month with future growth opportunity.
This opportunity would suit both the mature as well as the young, it would be best suited to anyone who has had previous dealings, directly or indirectly, with school personnel and feels confident in interacting in this environment.
