Acquiascent Crack (Pty) Ltd is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Distribution Officer to join our team in Maseru. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sales, customer service, and business development.
Purpose of the Role
To create new business opportunities and drive sales of the company’s products and services.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Receive and deliver customer orders efficiently.
- Collect cash on delivery and issue receipts.
- Maintain accurate daily sales and customer records.
- Report daily progress and provide market feedback.
Required Skills
- Strong selling and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
- Ability to develop lasting client relationships.
- Highly motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Sales, Retail, Marketing, or any Business Management-related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is an added advantage (not a requirement).
- Valid Code B driving license with at least 2 years of driving experience (required).
