Job Description
The purpose of this programme is to equip the trainee with foundational skills in sales operations, data analysis, and reporting tools. The trainee will support the Sales Analyst and Commercial team by assisting in the development of sales performance reports, analysis, and insights, while building practical analytical capability.
The role is designed to provide hands‑on learning and exposure to real business scenarios, enabling the trainee to develop competence in sales analytics and reporting within a structured learning environment.
The position reports to the Country Manager.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
If successful in this role, the incumbent will be accountable for the following:
- Accuracy and timeliness of reports (daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly as required by the business)
- Progressive improvement in analytical capability over time
- Ability to independently produce reports as competence develops
- Contribution to insights and decision‑support processes

Candidate Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Relevant degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, Finance, Mathematics, Physics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar field
- 0–1 year experience (internship or academic exposure will be an advantage)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (essential)
- Exposure to Power BI, SQL, Python, or other data tools will be an advantage
