Summary
Under general supervision, provide metal position analysis and coordination of service and logistics for external and internal customers. Plan and schedule shipments from production and warehouse sites to customers in coordination with logistics group. Maintain appropriate inventories, make timely decisions on product quality mix and logistics issues in conjunction with sales, operations and transportation to ensure appropriate customer care. Provide necessary documentation and invoices as per contractual guidelines. Provide reports on sales and inventories and analyze data to identify and devise improvements in efficiencies and effectiveness.

- Administer sales terms under contract
- Provide necessary documentation under order to cash cycle
- Provide quality service to the customers in terms of sales and logistics execution and facilitating resolutions on related issues
- Prepare reports on sales and inventory and support continuous review of processes to identify opportunities that will help maximize value

Work Environment
This job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
