Reports to: Sales Team Leader
Location: Maseru
We are looking for self-driven, self-motivated individuals who are also extremely sales oriented, to fill the positions of Field Sales Agents.
Job Responsibilities
Attract, acquire, and retain clients by selling company products.
Generate new business.
Provide insurance service to Basotho.
Provide after sales service to clients to ensure client retention.
Contacts prospective clients about insurance products and policies.
Meets with potential clients to discuss the adequacy of existing insurance coverage. Explain various insurance policies and products to potential and existing clients. Suggest modifications and updates to clients existing insurance policies.
Assisting clients with filing of insurance claims.
Contributing to meeting sales targets.
Qualifications/skills
Previous experience in insurance.
Good customer relations
Presentation and reporting skills
Understanding of insurance policies and industry
Be goal driven
Willingness to work extra hours
Excellent interpersonal skills
Education and Experience Requirements
Minimum of Diploma in Marketing or other similar qualification
