JOB TITLE: SALES AGENTS ×20
Location: Maseru Branch (Field Agent)
Remuneration: A Competitive Commission Based scale
Job Summary:
We are looking for competitive Sales Representatives to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful candidates will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve targets. The agents will play a key role in increasing clientele and revenue by generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of our funeral products and services.
Qualifications and Experience
– Minimum COSC/LGCSE
– Diploma in Sales or Marketing will be an added advantage
– Must have at least 2 years experience as a Sales Representative
– Must have a valid Code B driver’s licenses and clean record
– Exposure in a funeral environment will be an added advantage
– Must be Computer Literate (MS Office Suite;Word, Excel, Access and Outlook)
– Have strong communications, negotiation and interpersonal skills
