TPS CONSTRUCTION (PTY) LTD is looking for young inspiring candidates for the positions of Sales Agents.
Number of positions (2)
Responsibilities
Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
Inform management of customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services.
Contact customers after sales visitations.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Provide proper and relevant information to aid customers in making proper decisions.
Aid in completing contracts.
Skills Required, Abilities, Knowledge and Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to speak clearly and confidently in front of people.
Ability to take initiative, approach people and work independently or as a team.
Ability and skills to organize time and tasks.
Computer literate.
Driver’s License (will be an added advantage).
Diploma in Marketing, Public Relations or related field.
