SALES AGENTS X 2
Reports to: Sales Team Leader
Location: Maseru
We are looking for self-driven, self-motivated individuals who are also extremely sales oriented, to fill the positions of Field Sales Agents.
Job Responsibilities
- Attract, acquire, and retain clients by selling company products. Generate new business.
- Provide insurance service to Basotho.
- Provide after sales service to clients to ensure client retention.
- Contacts prospective clients about insurance products and policies.
- Meets with potential clients to discuss the adequacy of existing insurance coverage.
- Suggest modifications and updates to clients existing insurance policies.
- Explain various insurance policies and products to potential and existing clients.
- Assisting clients with filing of insurance claims.
- Contributing to meeting sales targets.
Qualifications\skills
- Previous experience in insurance.
- Good customer relations
- Presentation and reporting skills
- Understanding of insurance policies and industry
- Be goal driven
- Willingness to work extra hours
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Education and Experience Requirements
- Minimum of Diploma in Marketing or other similar qualification
