We source our milk from local farmers and work closely with communities to ensure a sustainable supply chain.
MooJoy’s sales strategy is community-driven, focusing on building direct relationships with retailers, resellers, and households through route selling, promotional campaigns, and strategic distribution. Position Summary
We are hiring 10 energetic and motivated Sales Agents to drive the distribution and availability of MooJoy products across various retail points and communities in 10 districts. Sales agents will be responsible for day-to-day product delivery, customer engagement, and sales target achievement.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell MooJoy dairy products directly to customers, retailers, and outlets
- Conduct door-to-door and route-based sales in assigned areas
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Collect orders, deliver products, and handle cash transactions
- Identify new sales opportunities and grow the customer base
- Support promotional and product sampling campaigns
- Provide daily reports on stock movement and sales performance
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely delivery
Expected Qualifications and Skills
- LGCSE / COSC / High School Certificate or higher
- Proven experience in sales or customer service (advantageous)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be familiar with local areas and comfortable with fieldwork
- Ability to handle cash and basic recordkeeping
- Self-driven, energetic, and target-oriented
- Must be able to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
