Requirements
- Attract, acquire, and retain clients by selling company products.
- Generate new business and expand the company’s client base.
- Provide new insurance services to Basotho.
- Offer after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Contact prospective clients to review and improve their insurance coverage.
- Explain various insurance policies and products to potential and existing clients.
- Suggest modifications and updates to clients’ existing insurance policies.
- Assist clients with the filing and processing of insurance claims.
Qualifications / Skills
- Minimum of a Diploma in Marketing or any related qualification.
- Previous experience in insurance sales is an added advantage.
- Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation and reporting abilities.
- Sound understanding of insurance policies and industry standards.
- Goal-driven and motivated to meet sales targets.
- Willingness to work extra hours when required.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Remuneration
- Commission-based compensation structure.
Locations
Southern Region: Opportunities available in Mafeteng, Quthing, and Mohale’s Hoek.
Northern Region: Positions open in Teyateyaneng (TY), Maputsoe, Hlotse, and Butha-Buthe.
