Key Deliverables
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Introducing prospective clients to Lesana Financial Services.
- Assisting clients to apply for and subscribe to Lesana products.
- Ensuring all activities are carried out in strict compliance with Lesana’s Operational Procedures, as amended from time to time.
Candidate Profile
Lesana Financial Services is seeking candidates with the following qualifications, experience, and competencies.
Qualification Requirements
- COSC/LGCSE.
Experience and Background
Preference will be given to:
- Experienced sales professionals within the financial services industry, preferably in Microfinance or Insurance.
- Retired civil servants looking to supplement their retirement income. Backgrounds in education and law enforcement will be an added advantage.
Key Competencies
- Self-motivated, performance-driven, and able to handle responsibilities with honesty and integrity.
- Good proven numerical ability.
- Ability to work independently without supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Results-oriented with the ability to meet targets and deadlines.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Willingness and ability to work flexible hours.
Compensation
- Attractive commission-based remuneration in accordance with Lesotho tax laws.

- Positions are available across all districts of Lesotho.
