Job Title: Sales Agents
Are you results driven MOSOTHO and passionate in driving sales and achieving targets? Do you reside in Butha-Buthe, Leribe, Mafeteng, Maseru, Mokhotlong, Thaba-Tseka, Qacha’s Nek, Mohale’s Hoek or Quthing?
An exciting Sales Agent role exists at Letshego Financial Services.
Main Purpose
The Sales Agent will attract, acquire and retain clients by selling Letshego products to generate new business and to provide after sales support to clients.
Position Requirements
Education
• Commercial Diploma (minimum)
Experience
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as Sales Agent in a financial services industry, preferably micro-finance, insurance or banking
Knowledge
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Financial / Insurance Industry Knowledge
Skills
• Highly Confident
• Easy to interact with people
• Very Articulate
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Good presentation skills
• Highly motivated and target driven with proven track record in Sales
• Ability to build business professional relationships
Critical Deliverables /Core Accountabilities and Responsibilities
• To achieve or exceed the minimum monthly targets.
• To sell the company products and services.
• To conduct field sales and marketing.
• To act as a liaison between the customer and Letshego while providing excellent customer service at all times.
• To assist the customers with completion of relevant documentation and collation of necessary documents.
• To support the Letshego in some of its marketing activations and public outreach activities meant to create awareness about products and services as may be required from time to time.
