WE ARE LOOKING FOR SALES AGENTS FROM ALL 10 DISTRICTS IN LESOTHO TO JOIN OUR TEAM.
DUTIES OF THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE INCLUDE:
• Developing new sales leads and following up on potential customers to generate new business
• Presenting products and services to potential clients
• Negotiating all contracts with potential clients
• Meeting sales targets
• Territory management
• Commitment to excellent customer service
REQUIREMENTS
• Exceptional presentation skills
• Ability to be persuasive in selling products and services
• Excellent researching skills for the purposes of finding prospective clients
• Excellent conflict management skills
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Minimum LGCSE/COSC
• Diploma in Sales or Marketing will be an added advantage
• Experience in sales will be an added advantage
NB. COMPENSATION IS COMMISSION BASED
