POSITION: SALES AGENT
Number of Positions: 2
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promote and sell Urban Trend Boutique products.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Find and attract new customers.
- Follow up with potential customers and close sales.
- Promote products on WhatsApp, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms.
- Maintain good relationships with customers.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Assist customers with product selection and orders.
REQUIREMENTS
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales or customer-service experience is an advantage.
- Must be confident, friendly and presentable.
- Must have access to a smartphone and WhatsApp.
- Must be active on social media.
- Must be target-driven and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently.
- Passion for fashion and customer service.
- The applicant should at least hold a COSC certificate.
- Experience in sales and marketing is an added advantage.
