Tsela Tours and Adventure (Pty) Ltd is a Lesotho registered tour agency serving as inbound, outbound and domestic tour service provider. Tsela Tours is a certified MSC Cruise agent selling cruise tickets and cruise packages in South Africa and throughout the world. We are looking to hire a passionate Sales Agent professional to join our company and be part of the excellent performance. Roles and responsibilities for Sales Agent
• Find and establish relationship with potential clients.
• Maintain and grow relationship with existing customers.
• Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
• Identify and respond to clients’ needs in relation to the product.
• Keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services, and learn about new products and services as they come in
• Follow up on customer orders and quires as necessary.
• Anticipate the needs of clients and address them accordingly
• Meet with customers to determine their specific needs and wants, making suggestions appropriate.
Qualifications for Sales Agent
•Diploma in Marketing, Sale and Marketing Management, Tourism Management, International Tourism and or any Social Science diploma with experience in network marketing.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Superior interpersonal skills
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Good familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet and database applications
• 1+ years of experience in the area of sales
• 1+ years background in the travel and tourism industry
• Strong knowledge of industry standards
• Confident and charismatic approach to people
• Strong business sense and ability to reach sales target.
The salary structure for the position is 100% commission based.
