Job Title: SALES AGENT
Vendo is a growing company that helps businesses access funding, training, and tools to grow. We are looking for passionate and self-driven Sales Agents to join our team. If you enjoy talking to people, helping others grow, and earning through performance, this role is for you!
Minimum Qualification
1. Completed **COSC or LGCSE** (or higher).
2. Basic communication and customer service skills.
Compensation
1. M100 sign-up bonus

Key Responsibilities
1. Register new vendors onto the Vendo program (minimum of 1 per day).
2. Explain Vendo’s services, including funding access, training, and growth opportunities.
3. Collect vendor information accurately and submit to the team.
5. Represent Vendo in communities and marketplaces professionally.
6. Assist vendors with questions and direct them to business analysts when needed.
Skills & Attributes
1. Friendly and persuasive personality.
2. Basic record-keeping and reporting ability.
3. Good communication in Sesotho and English.
4. Honest, reliable, and motivated to meet daily targets.
