VACANCY: SALES AGENT (1 Position)
Reports to: Sales Team Leader
Location: Maseru
Job Overview:
We are looking for self-driven, highly motivated, and sales-oriented individuals to join our team as Field Sales Agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attract, acquire, and retain clients by selling company products.
- Generate new business opportunities.
- Provide insurance services to Basotho.
- Offer after-sales support to ensure client retention.
- Contact prospective clients about insurance products and policies.
- Meet with potential clients to evaluate existing insurance coverage.
- Explain various insurance policies and recommend suitable options.
- Suggest modifications and updates to clients’ existing insurance policies.
- Assist clients in filing insurance claims.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Previous experience in insurance sales.
- Strong customer relations skills.
- Excellent presentation and reporting skills.
- Sound understanding of insurance policies and industry standards.
- Goal-driven and results-oriented.
- Willingness to work extra hours when needed.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Minimum: Diploma in Marketing or a related field.
