In order to increase our effectiveness in helping people improve their lives through learning, we are looking for a Sales Administrator who will provide support to the sales department based at head office.

Key Responsibilities

+ Provide logistical support to Head of Solutions

+ Run reports on bookshop sales and other key accounts as required

+ Distribute rep specimens and promotional items

+ Assist with creating and maintaining databases (database of bookshop loyalty scheme customers, CRM database), including data processing

+ Assist Submissions and product manager with submissions administration

+ Coordinating various sales functions.

+ Assist with Agency Customers

+ Travel bookings

+ Administrative support for team

+ Perform secretarial tasks where required

+ Liasing with all the provincial offices.

**Qualifications**

Experience

Minimum of 2 years experience in sales/marketing/administrative support.

A Grade 12 certificate and the applicable work experience are essential.
