Sales Administrator MBFS
Objectives of the Position:
Mercedes-Benz Financial Services South Africa is looking for a Sales Administrator to assist and support the Commercial Vehicle Sales Team to sell, administrate and maintain finance contracts and facilities with existing and prospective customers. Assist with Management Information for all stakeholders involved. Must have own car and valid driver license. The incumbent will be required to effectively manage financial and related activities ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction in compliance to the Company’s Integrity Codes.
Conquest Customers: Active Selling of MBFS Finance Products, Create enhanced measures and processes of increasing conversion rate of lead to sale thus improving incoming sales interactions, Maintain and Manage strong relationships with the Dealership as well as the Brand/MBSA.
Delight Customers: High calibre of sales orientation. Administer and ensure compliance to all sale objectives by utilising benchmark customer service processes. Manage the sales of the various financial related products in a professional manner. Monitor all customer queries and ensure timely response to all issues. Co-ordinate with customers and provide various options/campaign and services available by supplying detailed quotes including the required information through liaison with dealerships on lead referrals and timely follow up. Maintain a high level of verbal and written communication at all times during the interaction with customer, both external and internal
Administration: Ensure optimal utilization of all sales tools and resources. Document and maintain all records of sales activities and provide updates by means of weekly reporting to the Area Managers. Manage various documents for all sales sources efficiently in terms of the processes. Administer all underwriting processes and maintain records for same by ensuring adherence to FAIS/FICA and NCA requirements. (Liaison with MBFS Credit Operations and understanding of their underwriting rules/RORAC/Documentation, etc.). Participate in all departmental meetings and provide training when required.
Project Management and Self-development.
Knowledge, skills and attributes:
Presentation Experience in Financial Services Industry/ Sales & Marketing within a Manufacturer Sales / Fleet Management / Banking / Insurance environment.
Point of Sales Systems
In-depth knowledge of Sales Processes/ Finance Processes in the Automotive Sector as well Financial Analysis with regards to ratios, cash flows and balance sheet structures.
Customer dedicated with good verbal and written communication skills
Product knowledge – Finance and Insurance
Results oriented, with ability to analyze information, evaluate results, and present complicated information.
Research and development (data collection, analysis, reporting)
Computer literacy (MS Office)

2 to 5 years’ experience in within a Financial Service/ Banking /Insurance environment.
