Sales Administrator ( P13 )
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The incumbent will capture daily orders and send order confirmations to customers
REPORTING TO
The Despatch Coordinator
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Capturing daily orders
- Send order confirmations to customers
- Ensure correct transport rates are charged
- Update daily stocklists, outstanding order list and average loads per month list
- Customer liaison on a daily basis regarding orders and transport
- Daily information reported to Sales Manager
- Assist in dealing with customer complaints and resolving them successfully
- Liaison with Debtors Clerk regarding customer Credit Status
- Forwarding daily Invoices / Credit Notes to Striata for the customers, and to Debtors Clerk
- Corrections / Amendments are done on orders when needed
- Cancellation of orders if required
- Weekly and Monthly stock take
- Month – end Lost orders and segments reports for Sales Manager
- Quarterly PTO (Plan Task Observation) inspections
- Internal Auditing
- General office duties: filing

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Grade 12
- MS Excel
- At least 2 years experience
