KKM JV – Polihali Transfer Tunnel Project

KKM JV, a joint venture comprising Yellow River Co. Ltd., Sinohydro Bureau 3 Co. Ltd., and Unik Civil Engineering Pty Ltd, is honored to be the appointed contractor for the Construction of the Polihali Transfer Tunnel, a critical component of the Lesotho Highlands Water Project – Phase II.
This major project enables water transfer via the Katse Reservoir, through the Transfer Tunnel and Delivery Tunnel, to the Ash River Outfall between Clarens and Bethlehem in South Africa. From there, the water flows into the Liebenbergsvlei River, joins the Wilge River near Frankfort, and ultimately reaches the Vaal Dam in Gauteng, South Africa.
We now invite applications from qualified local candidates (Lesotho) and South African nationals for the following positions:
1. Safety Superintendent (x2)

| • 5+ years specifically in tunneling or underground works | • NEBOSH Qualification | |
| • Must be registered with the Department of Labour | • 2–5 years working with TBM operations (as a Safety Officer or Safety Engineer) | |
| • Previous experience as a safety leader or superintendent on major civil or tunneling projects |
