S-SALON™ Assistant responsibilities include:
Communicating with the assigned customer both on e-mail & on phone.
Knowledge on Salon services as you may be required to demonstrate to the customer and give more details on a particular service.
Cross-selling beauty products, when appropriate (e.g. serums, body lotions and hair care products)

Job brief:
We are looking for a S-SALON™ Assistant to offer personalized support to our customers to help them find an excellent experience with the S-SALON™ service.
S-SALON™ Assistant responsibilities include demonstrating makeup techniques, suggesting appropriate Salon services that meet clients’ needs and informing customers about the service details, like the Salon going to, duration of the service, experience of the attendants at the Salon going to, booking methods and price. To be successful in this role, you must be customer service oriented and are familiar with the Salon service industry.
Ultimately, you will help achieve our sales targets while promoting the S-SALON™ service to clients.

Responsibilities:
Welcome a newly given customer through e-mail.
Demonstrate proper use of makeup and skin care products, in regards to the Salon service they want if required.
Cross-sell beauty products, when appropriate (e.g. serums, body lotions and hair care products)
Identify customer needs and recommend the Salon service that best fits, cosmetics and skin care products based on their preferences, provide more information about the Salon going to deliver the service to the client & the attendant’s experience.
We sell beauty products among others in that category, help clients find products they’re looking for on our website.
Ensure proper presentation of the Salon service to be provided to the client.
Explain to customers how to use products they’re interested in buying from our website.
Advise customers on how to take care of their skin, body & hair.
Inform customers on prices and special offers.
Follow up on customers.

Requirements:
Experience in the Salon service industry.
Customer service experience in a retail company is a plus.
Extensive knowledge of Salon services, makeup, hair care and skin care products.
Ability to demonstrate and promote beauty products on the spot (e.g. how to apply face creams).
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and pleasant during peak hours.
High school diploma.
Additional education in Cosmetology or relevant field is a plus.
