Established by an Act of Parliament in 2001 and operational since 2003, the Revenue Services Lesotho (RSL) exists to positively impact Basotho’s livelihoods by investing in people and technology. Under the 2024–2027 strategy themed “Lesokoana”, RSL focuses on:

About the Graduate Development Programme
This strategic initiative is designed to empower young, determined, and high-potential graduates aligned with RSL’s vision. Over a 24-month journey, graduates will rotate across key business functions, gaining hands-on experience, broadening their business acumen, and developing a 360° view of the RSL business.
Programme Details
- Duration: Up to 2 years
- Intake: 12 graduates
- Benefits: Stipend, Job Rotations, Professional Training, Mentorship & Coaching
- Eligibility:
- Qualifications not older than 3 years from the date of this publication
- Age not more than 30 years
- Willingness to learn, critical thinking, collaboration, and adaptability
- Alignment with RSL values
