You are an experienced CNA training program operator looking to apply your skills in a fun, innovative start-up environment. You have hawk like attention to detail and follow-up, you are all smiles about building systems and standard processes to ensure success, you are super data driven and passionate about continuous improvement, and you are totally committed to learners’ success as the #1 goal. You will:
- Develop and implement systems for instructor scheduling.
- Develop and implement systems for instructor feedback loops and improvement.
- Develop and implement systems for lab supply/equipment management.
- Audit instructors and provide positive coaching to support their success.
- Source lab locations and manage outfitting.
- Own lab and clinical KPIs and lead improvements.
- Iterate on lab design to optimize for time and effectiveness.
- Design and manage manual service touch points related to lab and clinical environments optimizing for learner delight.
You have:
- Active RN license with no restrictions.
- 2 years experience working as a RN in a nursing home, home care agency, or similar long-term care setting.
- Strong experience leading state approved CNA training program operations. Experience in states using Pearson Vue preferred, but not required.
- Very positive attitude.
- Comfortable using standard technologies such as Slack, Trello, Zoom, Gmail, Google Drive.
- High accountability work style – we can count on you to get it done.
- Precision attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work with little supervision and with good judgment on when to ask for help.
- Direct, assertive, but kind, communication style.
- Passion to work in a culture committed to continuous improvement fed by open and direct feedback between team members.
- Strong and rapid problem-solving ability.
