Sentebale GAP Funeral Services invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Risk & Compliance Officer. This is a senior-level role suited for a highly experienced professional in Risk and Compliance Management within the Funeral, Insurance, or Financial Services sectors.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Risk Management and/or Insurance
- At least 5 years’ experience in Risk Management, Insurance, Micro-Insurance, or Funeral Services
- Strong track record in implementing strategic and innovative risk solutions
- Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance in the financial or funeral sectors
Added Advantages
- Experience in the Micro-Insurance or Funeral Services industry
- Familiarity with automated administrative and underwriting systems
- Member of a recognized Insurance or Risk Management Association
- Proven experience in developing and enforcing company-wide Risk & Compliance Policies
