Survey of Several Pieces of Land on Maseru Municipal Area
Client: Maseru Municipal Council (Maseru City Council)
1. Introduction
Maseru Municipal Council (Maseru City Council) is seeking quotations from qualified and registered land surveyors/firms to conduct a professional survey of municipal land located in selected areas within the Maseru Municipal Area. The survey is required for land inventory and registration, subdivision, planning, and allocation of plots.
2. Scope of Work
The appointed surveyor will be required to:
- Carry out a field survey of the land measuring approximately.
- Establish and mark boundaries with durable beacons/pegs.
- Prepare a survey map/plan in accordance with Surveyor General or relevant authority standards.
- Provide geo-referenced data (GPS/AutoCAD format).
- Submit a copy of final survey report and copies for official records.
- Facilitate issuance of the S10s for all the surveyed plots.
3. Deliverables
• Hard copy and digital copy of survey plan
• GPS/AutoCAD data files
• Survey report
• Boundary markers installed on the ground
4. Mandatory Requirements
Interested service providers must submit:
• Company profile and proof of registration
• Valid professional license/registration with relevant body of accreditation
• Tax Clearance Certificate (if applicable)
• Proof of previous similar work
• Quotation (detailed cost breakdown inclusive of all taxes)
• Proposed timeframe for completion
5. Evaluation Criteria
Proposals will be evaluated based on:

• Concise description of survey methodology
• Description of survey instruments
