The Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) invites quotations from suitably qualified and interested companies for the transporting of IEC materials from Berea Warehouse to Central Warehouse, Maseru (Industrial Area, next to WASCO).

Mandatory Requirements
- Price should be VAT inclusive for suppliers registered for VAT (attach VAT registration certificate)
- Attach valid Business Identity Card
- Attach valid copy of Tax Clearance
- Specifications must be written in full on the quotation
- Provide the IBR number
- Quotation must be on company letterhead or bear the company stamp
- Price must be quoted in Maloti currency
- Quotation must state lead time
Additional Notes
- IEC is not bound to accept the lowest price
- Payment will be processed after provision of service
- Late submissions will not be accepted
- Only email submissions will be accepted; hardcopies will not be considered
