MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- Prices must be VAT inclusive for suppliers registered to collect VAT (attach VAT registration certificate).
- Attach a valid Trade Licence or Business Identity Card.
- Attach a valid Tax Clearance Certificate.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Prices must be quoted in Maloti (LSL).
- Quotation must be on company letterhead or bear the company stamp.
- Provide IBR number.
- Full specifications must be written clearly on the quotation.
- IEC is not bound to accept the lowest price.
