Subject: Training on Change Management for IEC Officers
Summary
As part of the implementation of our strategic plan, the Independent Electoral Commission organized a team-building session for all members of staff. The exercise was conducted to build a coherent and productive team that will assist management in fully implementing the strategy. It also aimed to improve communication, which is one of the grand essentials of management. In line with our strategic focus, it was realized that we urgently need to build a team aligned with the plan for our fellow employees.
The Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) is requesting quotations from suitably qualified and interested companies and consulting firms for training six (6) IEC officers on Change Management.

Mandatory Requirements
- Price should be VAT inclusive for suppliers who qualify to collect VAT (attach VAT registration certificate)
- Price should be quoted in Maloti currency
- Attach valid and relevant Trader’s License/Business Identity Card
- Attach valid copy of Tax Clearance Certificate
- Specifications should be written in full on the quotation
- Quotation should be on company letterhead or bear the company’s stamp
- Provide IBR number
