Request for Quotations – RFQ 2025/26
The Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) invites quotations from suitably qualified and interested companies for the supply, programming, and delivery of a remote spare key.
Specifications
• Buttons: Three (3) – Lock, Unlock, and Boot/Trunk Release
• Compatibility: Designed for VW Touran
• Remote Blade: Included

• Lead time
• Price
• Compliance with specifications
Mandatory Requirements
• Price must be VAT inclusive for suppliers registered for VAT (attach VAT registration certificate)
• Attach a valid Business Identity Card
• Attach a valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• Specifications must be clearly written in full on the quotation
• Provide the IBR number
• Indicate the lead time on the quotation
• Quotation must be on company letterhead or bear the company stamp
• Price must be quoted in Maloti currency
Additional Notes
• IEC is not bound to accept the lowest price
• Companies are not permitted to use the IEC logo without authorization
• Payment will be processed after delivery of goods
• Submissions must be made via email only – hard copies will not be accepted
