1. Background
Gender Links Lesotho (GLL) is implementing the Second GBV Indicators Study in 2025, with support from the Delegation of the European Union to the Kingdom of Lesotho. The study will deploy 100 field-based enumerators across all 10 districts using digital data collection tools.
GLL now invites quotations from qualified suppliers to supply 100 tablets with accessories for this nationwide study.
2. Required Specifications
Tablets (Minimum 100 units):
- Android OS (latest stable version)
- 4GB RAM, 64GB storage minimum
- 8–10 inch display
- 8+ hour battery life
- Quad-core processor or better
- Wi-Fi and 4G LTE
- GPS-enabled
- Durable field-ready design
Accessories:
- Chargers and cables (for all tablets)
- Protective covers/cases
- Screen protectors
- (Optional – quote separately) Power banks
Other Requirements:
- Warranty and after-sales support
- Delivery to Maseru by 10 October 2025
- On-delivery inspection and acceptance
3. Supplier Responsibilities
- Provide a formal quotation with unit and total costs (inclusive of VAT, delivery, and other charges)
- Confirm product authenticity and manufacturer warranty coverage
- Ensure timely delivery of all tablets and accessories
- Provide warranty documentation and basic orientation/user guides if requested
- Offer after-sales service and repair/replacement support during the warranty period
4. Submission Requirements
Quotations must include:
- Company profile and proof of legal registration
- Evidence of experience supplying IT equipment for donor-funded projects
- Technical specifications of proposed tablets and accessories
- Delivery timeline to Maseru
- Two recent client references
