Supply of Poultry Feeders, Drinkers and Manufacture of Queen Stoves
The Basotho Poultry Farmers Association (BAPOFA) hereby invites quotations from qualified suppliers and manufacturers for the supply and manufacture of the following items, in strict compliance with the specifications below.
1. ITEMS AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
1.1 Poultry Feeders
Application: Suitable for chicks from 7 days old

2. WARRANTY
Minimum warranty period of twelve (12) months is mandatory.
3. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Items must be suitable for cage and free-range systems, portable, solid, stable, washable, durable, and designed for animal husbandry use only.
4. DELIVERY AND INSPECTION
- Delivery must be made within the timeframe stated in the Purchase Order.
- Penalties apply for late delivery.
- Supplier must notify BAPOFA one (1) week in advance of delivery.
- Delivery is on a Delivery at Place Unloaded (DPU) basis with all loading and off-loading costs borne by the supplier.
- BAPOFA reserves the right to inspect goods prior to dispatch.
5. QUOTATION REQUIREMENTS
Quotations must include the following:
- Business Profile
- Stamped quotation or quotation on official letterhead
- Unit price and total cost
- Delivery timeframe
- Warranty details
