REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS (RFQ)
Supply, Delivery and Installation of Conferencing Equipment
Dear Suppliers,
The Ministry of Finance and Development Planning – Project Management Unit (PMU) has received funding from the Government of Lesotho through the Global Fund for the fight against HIV and AIDS, Tuberculosis, and COVID-19.
Part of the proceeds will be used to procure Conferencing Equipment for Health Centres. The equipment will be utilized for Virtual Sessions in the Clinical Mentoring – Virtual Consultation Overview.
Suppliers are hereby invited to submit their most favourable quotations for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Conferencing Equipment as specified in Annex I and II (Specifications and Installation Sites).
1. Requirements
Suppliers must submit the following documents:
a. Valid relevant Trader’s License/Business Identity Card.
b. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate.
c. VAT Registration Certificate, where applicable.
2. Quotation Price
- The bid price shall be for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Conferencing Equipment as per specifications indicated in Annexure I and II.
- Prices quoted for goods supplied from within or outside the country shall be Delivery Duty Paid (DDP).
3. Delivery
Delivery is expected within a maximum of four (4) weeks from the date of contract award.

6. Labelling of Quotations
All quotations must be clearly labelled:
“Supply, Delivery and Installation of Conferencing Equipment”
7. Submission of Quotations
Quotations must be hand-delivered and deposited in the Quotation Box located at the address below on or before 31st October 2025 at 12:00 hrs.

The PMU is not bound to award the contract to the quotation with the lowest price or any price. The PMU reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations and/or cancel the procurement process at any time prior to contract award, should circumstances require.
