The Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) invites quotations from suitably qualified interested companies for the Supply and Delivery of Voter Card Printers.

Description
- 300 dpi dye-sublimation thermal transfer printing.
- Single and dual-sided card printing capability.
- USB 2.0 and Ethernet connectivity.
- 100-card input and output hopper capacity.
- Graphical LCD display.
- Support for PVC CR80 cards.
- Minimum printing speed of 225 full-colour cards per hour.
- Three-year manufacturer warranty.
- Compatibility with Microsoft Windows operating systems.
- Quantity – Three (3).

- Specifications.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- The price should be VAT-inclusive for suppliers who qualify to collect VAT (attach VAT registration certificate).
- Attach a valid and relevant Business Identity Card.
- Attach a valid copy of Tax Clearance.
- The specifications should be written in full on the quotation, and provide a picture of the required printer.
- Provide IBR number on the quotation.
- Price should be quoted in Maloti currency.
- Quotation should state lead time.
NB
- IEC is not bound to the lowest price.
- Payment will be processed after delivery of goods.
- Quotation should be on the letterhead or bear the company’s stamp.
- Delivery is made at Central Warehouse, Industrial Area next to WASCO.
