The Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) invites quotations from suitably qualified and interested companies for the Supply and Delivery of Stationery.

Mandatory Requirements
• The price should be VAT inclusive for suppliers who qualify to collect VAT (attach VAT registration certificate).
• Attach valid Traders License/Business Identity Card.
• Attach valid copy of Tax Clearance.
• Delivery to be made at IEC Central Warehouse next to WASCO, Industrial Area.
Important Notes
• IEC is not bound to the lowest price.
• Companies are not allowed to use the IEC logo without authorization.
• Payment will be processed after delivery of goods.
• Specifications should be written in full on the quotation.
• Provide the IBR number.
• Indicate the lead time on the quotation.
• Quotation must be on the company letterhead or bear the company stamp.
• Prices should be quoted in Maloti currency.
