The Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) invites quotations from suitably qualified and interested companies to supply and deliver two (2) new printers.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- The price must be VAT inclusive for suppliers who qualify to collect VAT (attach VAT registration certificate).
- Attach a valid Business Identity Card.
- Attach a valid copy of Tax Clearance.
NB:
- IEC is not bound to accept the lowest price.
- Specifications must be written in full on the quotation.
- Provide the IBR number.
- Indicate the lead time on the quotation.
- Quotation must be on company letterhead or bear the company stamp.
- Prices must be quoted in Maloti currency.
- Companies are not allowed to use the IEC logo without authorization.
- Payment will be processed after delivery of goods.
- Delivery must be made to Central Warehouse, Industrial Area, Maseru (next to Wasco).
