The Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) invites quotations from suitably qualified interested companies for Supply and Delivery of Office Furniture.
SPECIFICATIONS

Mahogany veneer finish, scratch resistant leather inlay on the desk top, free standing credenza consisting of 1 hinge door, 2 standard drawers and one deep filer.
(i) Desk size: 1600L x 800W x 800H
(ii) Credenza size: 1000L x 550W x 800H

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- Attach valid relevant Business Identity Card.
- Attach valid copy of Tax Clearance.
- Indicate the lead time on the quotation.
NB:
- IEC is not bound to lowest price.
- Companies are not allowed to use IEC logo without authorisation.
- Payment will be processed after delivery of goods.
- The price should be VAT-inclusive for suppliers who qualify to collect VAT (attach VAT registration certificate).
- The specifications should be written in full on the quotation.
- Provide the IBR number.
- Quotation should be on the letterhead or bear the company’s stamp.
- Price should be quoted in Maloti.
- Delivery of the goods should be at IEC Central Warehouse at Industrial Area, next to Wasco.
