Mandatory Requirements
- Prices should be VAT inclusive for suppliers who qualify to charge VAT. Attach a valid VAT Registration Certificate.
- Prices must be quoted in Maloti (LSL).
- Attach a valid and relevant Trader’s Licence or Business Identity Card.
- Attach a valid Tax Clearance Certificate.
- Provide your IBR number.
Important Notes
- Specifications must be written in full on the quotation.
- Quotations must be submitted on a company letterhead or bear the company’s official stamp.
- The IEC is not bound to accept the lowest-priced quotation.
- Provide sample pictures of the quoted items.
- Delivery shall be made to the Central Warehouse, Industrial Area, next to WASCO.
- Payment will be processed after delivery of the goods.

Submission Method
