- Price must be quoted in Maloti currency
- Attach valid and relevant Trader’s License or Business Identity Card
- Attach valid copy of Tax Clearance Certificate
- Provide IBP number
Important Notes
- Specifications must be written in full on the quotation
- Quotation must be on letterhead or bear the company’s stamp
- IEC is not bound to accept the lowest price
- Provide sample pictures
- Delivery to be made at the Central Warehouse, Industrial Area next to WASCO
- Payment will be processed after delivery of goods
