Mandatory Requirements
• Price should be VAT inclusive for suppliers who qualify to collect VAT (attach VAT registration certificate)
• Attach valid Traders License/Business Identity Card
• Attach valid Tax Clearance
Important Notes
• IEC is not bound to the lowest price
• Companies are not allowed to use the IEC logo without authorization
• Payment will be processed after delivery of goods
• Specifications must be written in full on the quotation
• Provide the IBR number
• Indicate lead time on the quotation
• Quotation must be on the company letterhead or bear the company stamp
• Prices must be quoted in Maloti
• Delivery must be made to IEC Central Warehouse next to WASCO, Industrial Area
